PVC Polymer Layflat Hose is a B2B hose option built from New polymer composite PVC resin + high-strength polyester industrial filament braided reinforcement layer. Construction: Three-layer composite structure: inner and outer layers of new polymer modified PVC coating + middle layer of high-strength polyester filament circular woven reinforcement skeleton, double-sided dipping one-piece molding process The supplied master sheet lists a working-pressure range of 0.3~0.6 MPa (3~6 bar) and a burst-pressure range of ≥3 times working pressure (0.9~1.8 MPa).
Documented size range: Inner diameter 25mm~200mm (1"~8"). Documented standard length: 20m / 50m (customizable). Documented temperature range: < 75°C.
