A 20,000 m² facility combines extrusion, circular braiding, bonding, vulcanizing, heat sealing, perforating, slitting and ultrasonic welding for PE, PU and PVC hose production.
Verified equipment includes 5 extruders, 3 granulators, 120 circular braiding machines, 6 water-bonding lines, 20 heat-sealing machines, 10 laser perforators and 5 ultrasonic welders. Annual rated capacity is 419.75 million meters, equal to about 35 million meters per month.
